Hassle Free Returns We take utmost care while we upload or buy non-moving stocks or excess inventory from the Electronic Companies, Authorised Distributors or EMSes. We understand the parallel fake components industry running globally, hence we ensure to upload inventory and buy components from only those companies (OEMs, EMSes, ODMs) who buy components from Authorised distributors only. Points to be considered before placing order on us. You may cross-check the date-code of the parts. You may check with us on the quantity available at the time of ordering. Since the stocks with these companies are open, although we try to get the updates on weekly basis yet there could be depletion or unavailability of the parts at the time of ordering. We are working to update real time status of stocks availability from each companies. Meanwhile your patience and your support could help build us our processes strong. Return Window: Standard Return Period: Customers have 2 days from the date of receipt of goods to raise complain if any on the parts delivered are faulty. This period allows ample time for the customer to inspect the product and decide if it is faulty. Exceptions: Some items may have different return periods, such as Lead time parts, customised products, etc.. These exceptions will be clearly stated while you place order for such component. Eligibility: Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Certain items which we have bought from Authorised Distributors/Genuine Sources are not eligible for return. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Include order number, reason for return and any relevant photos if applicable. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
